Gabi is an artist whose work is deeply inspired by nature, folklore, and fantasy. Her art is a delicate fusion of the ancient Celtic traditions of her native Scotland, blended with the rich culture of the Iberian Peninsula, where Celtic influences intertwined with her Portuguese ancestry. Each piece she creates carries within it echoes of these places. After a serendipitous courtship with a Celtic musician in America, Gabi’s path led her to the United States, where she now roots herself beside her husband, Kyle. Together, they wander the country with Kyle’s band, Syr, at various Celtic festivals and Highland Games. When she is not forging in her home studio, Gabi stands behind the lens, as their media manager capturing their journeys and bringing the stories of their adventures to life through photography and film.
