Moss agate, with its rich, earthy hues and unique, swirling patterns, mirrors the timeless beauty of the Scottish Highlands, where nature speaks in whispers carried by the wind through ancient stones and wild heather. The stone, with its delicate moss-like inclusions, evokes the feeling of walking through misty glens, where the earth is both wild and ancient. Its deep green and soft browns reflect the rugged, untamed terrain of the Highlands—where forests cling to steep hills, rivers carve their paths through the land, and the air is thick with the scent of pine and rain.

Atop this mystical design sits the Triskelion, an ancient Celtic symbol of three interwoven spirals, though historically it does not have an actually meaning, for me it represents the continuous cycles of life, death, and rebirth. The triskelion's connection to the earth and nature is as ancient as the moss agate itself. It symbolizes the flow of energy and the balance of forces—the perfect complement to the stone's energies of growth, renewal, and transformation.

Each design is hand-drawn with intent and care. From there, it is brought to life, meticulously cut by hand with a jeweler’s saw from a sheet of Sterling silver. The pieces are then soldered together, before being carefully sanded, patinaed, and polished to a soft, matte finish. Every step in this process infuses the piece with magic, creating a unique treasure imbued with craftsmanship and the spirit of creation.
